For all the OSX users that have a hard time compiling apps: Serverlogistics ( hosting company ), provides a fresh 4.3.9 installer with support for a impressing 55 extensions - including MMCache, Java and much much more. The company also provide apache 2.0.52 installer and Mysql 4.0.21 installer. So that should keep you on the bleeding edge for a while longer. There is also a ( danish ) page here that goes a bit more into the packages that serverlogistics provides.
