I went with ServerMatrix over EV1. ServerMatrix came highly recommended from the guys at CentreSource. John Bransford cautioned against ServerBeach (and I remember Marcus had problems with them too). ServerMatrix is part of ThePlanet. There have been a couple of outages at Linode that were caused by ThePlanet, but they have a SLA guarantee.

So far my experience with ServerMatrix has been great. Hopefully I will have time to transfer everything over in the next day or two. At that my mail problems and such should be gone.
