Software Architecture Online Degree

Hi,
I am a software developer with 4 yrs experience and I have a bachelor of Computer Science.
Now I am thinking of studying an online post-graduate degree to help me moving into Software Architecture/designing line
I am not sure if there is a full degree for that, I would imagine it involves design patterns, best practices, and even enterprises patterns... etc
So what do you think? is anyone aware if such a degree is available online?
