I finally got around to updating Simberon's web site at http://www.simberon.com. I must say, it's really tough getting CSS to work the same way on IE, Netscape, Mozilla, and Opera. Of these, IE seems to be the most picky. CSS files that worked perfectly in all other browsers came out wrong with IE. Anyway, I think the new site looks much better than before.
