Found this demo off of one of the comments on the Slashdot post about NeXTStep. I actually lurk in the Objective-C/GNUStep lists a bit, but my interest has always been in what is called "tools" in that realm (command line applications without GUIs). I thought this demo was pretty cool. True, it was trivial, and like all "quick-snap" applet demos, programming real tools doesn't scale that well with simple visual programming techniques. Regardless, there's a bit to be admired there, especially from an OpenSource volunteer effort. Hat's off to those guys.
