It appears that google's index of the internet has recently doubled. Wow! 8 billion pages. I decided to search for myself. Wow, what a surprise. I started to find pages that were both old and very obscure that had given reference to me. There's so many more links out there than I ever expected to find.
Well done google! This is the single best improvement you've made recently and that's saying something when put in the face of pop3 access to gmail.
