My Smalltalk/X efforts continue to simmer on low heat in the background. Which means every now and then again, they get some attention. Two new interesting parts about Smalltalk/X in general have come to light:

  1. 5.2.2 is ^not^ the latest version. There's been a 5.2.3, and a 5.24, and now even a 5.2.5. You get them from their server. Moral of the story: Just because the web site looks like there's not much activity, that's not necessarily the case. Looking forward to downloading and playing with 5.2.5.
  2. They have a bugzilla thing too! If you're going to play with ST/X and encounter problems, you can create a simple account and log your error. I've discovered this is actually a very good way to communicate with the team behind ST/X. Access the eXept bugzilla thing here.
