I had the weirdest dream last night - the sort of thing that comes up on horror flicks a fair amount, but I had never experienced it myself. I woke up, and realized that the VCR display (the TV and VCR are on a stand next to the bed) was sideways - meaning that somehow, the stand had tipped over. I couldn't get the light to go on, and I couldn't wake my wife up - so I got up to turn the room light on. When I got to that switch, it wouldn't go on either. Which was weird, because there was clearly power. That's when I actually woke up. Bizarre - I've never had that kind of dream where I I was sure I was awake before.
