Something about the way I use Windows 7 in Parallels is not making Windows happy - twice now, I've had it start up and tell me that it's "not activated" - and each time I've dutifully entered the product key (plus the initial entry on installation). I've then rebooted Windows inside the VM, in hopes that it would "stick". No such luck. Since I don't see any signs of massive Windows 7 activation failures (there would be screaming across the blogosphere0 - it's got to be something with the way I'm using the VM.

I have it set up to use WiFi to establish an independent IP address, and sometimes I simply forget to turn WiFi on first. Maybe that's it?
