Maybe this is the sort of thing that's driving Comcast to buy a 50% stake in NBC: with Google running more and more basic infrastructure, being an ISP is becoming a matter of just providing a pipe - and there's just not a lot of money in pipes. Content? There's the whole video over IP future at hand there.
