I've been pretty pleased with the chat widget that I tossed here on the blog (left pane), and in various locations on the main website. I've been getting a steady stream of good questions from that channel - ranging from "how do I do X" to "how do I buy the product?"

The How To questions have been gratifying - many of them end up beiong answered with "here's a screencast I did on that". Some of those have gotten more involved, of course, but that's ok. So keep asking questions - if I'm listed as available, I probably am.
