This post about two repair experiences - one Apple, one Dell - is why I've "drunk the Koolaid" on the Mac. The repair story for the Apple product doesn't surprise me - my experience with the bad motherboard while I was in London speaks volumes to me: With an Apple warrantee, you get service. With most PCs? You get some bare minimum. Since I value my time, I've chosen to stay with Apple :)
