I've gotten myself an upgrade. From an Athlon 1.2ghz to a Pentium4 2.8ghz hyperthreading cpu with 800mhz FSB and 512mb's of 400mhz ram. Oh and a Radeon9200 from an old nvidia card. Quite a spec jump. I'm still struggling to get things going right. But all this grunt should help with decoding live high definition tv feeds.

Now I just need to get all of XFree working, and the DVB stuff in 2.6.0-test9 (seems to be majorly broken!).. or get 2.6.0-test3 working on my new hardware.
