Updated web site: At the XP2002 conference I attended an excellent talk by Enrico Zaninotto which compared agile techniques to lean manufacturing. He read his talk and the full text was available online (and is well worth reading). Sadly the link broke a while ago and I was unable to find its new home, although a few people have emailed me about it. Thankfully Alejandra Alfonso managed to dig it out for me. If you were looking for it, or would like a worthwhile read, you can now find it again. My biggest 'aha' from his talk was irreversibility is a leading driver in complexity.
