There's a new web site called InfoQ that just came out of beta and just published an article of mine called Dealing the Legacy Code.

If you haven't dropped by InfoQ yet, you should check it out. They've got areas set up for dotNet, Java, Ruby, Agile, and SOA. They have news feeds, feature articles, interviews, and even a book or two. :)
