Pollock really doesn't look different than the OS that it is on, however, there are some things that Pollock can do pretty easy that deserve a picture:
Here, we see the new Pollock Grid pane doing all kinds of cool color things.
The logic here was pretty simple:
If the first column's cell value was true, be red for that cell
If the second column's cell value started with the string "Pollock", be pink for that cell
If the third column's cell value started with the string "UI" be cyan for that cell
Finally, if the row number was even, be light gray for all other cells in that row
