Chris Petrilli points to a really, really stupid "bad tippers" page. On that site, wait staff publicize bad tips. Here's the thing - Chris points out the potential legal issues, but I figured I'd highlight the stupidity on the part of the posters.
Consider - you own a restaurant. You find this page, and notice one or more members of your staff abusing paying customers. What do you do? Well, I rather suspect that you fire the people in question for making your establishment look bad. You then try to track down the abused customers, apologize, and try to woo them back.
There's a simple rule about "dirty laundry" - you keep it internal. Am I happy about all the ways in which Cincom operates? Heck no, no more than any employee ever is. Will you read about any of those things here? Nope. Wouldn't serve any positive purpose, and would likely make it harder to address the problem to boot.
