Well, it looks like the mini's failure to display on my vga monitors is not a unique problem - have a look at this google search. Seems that the consensus is that the DVI to VGA adaptor that Apple is shipping has problems. That's too bad, because it looks like commodity adaptors are $7. So Apple didn't do enough Q/A and torqued off how many people over a $7 part? Some Product Manager in Cupertino needs to get his butt kicked.
