Here's Suzanne, talking about community marketing efforts:

Suzanne Fortman

Suzanne has explained the Add ons and Applications program (soon to be announced) that will help publicize Smalltalk products that work with Cincom Smalltalk - we'll work with any partner in whatever way makes sense. We have also been working with KSC, and Gemstone, and with Objectivity - and we plan to expand our scope there. If you haven't seen Suzanne yet, you will - she lives at 30,000 feet :)

Comment from Bruce Badger and others - get the ANSI Smalltalk effort back on track to standardize various things that need it (sockets, etc). What about the kind of "fluff" advertising that MS and Sun do? Well, we don't have their budgets (on the other hand, unlike Sun, we have profits :) ).
