www.SoftwareWithStyle.com has been updated. It is now using a VisualWorks based HTTP Server with Smalltalk servlets. The old website used Apache.

The new website was a major rewrite from the old website with Apache, various modules and bash scripts. But it was well worth it. It took far less work to do it in Smalltalk code than the original effort.

The WithStyle Developer Program has also been ported across to the new architecture. This means all registered members of the program must re-register. The NDA and License have -not- changed.

The new Dev Program servlet actually emails me as you register so that I can get back to you with access far sooner than I could with the old code.

We'll also be able to keep our websites up-to-date easier now that XML WithStyle is capable of writing to a live website. All the content on www.softwarewithstyle.com and www.xmlwithstyle.com was edited using XML WithStyle. A Beta for XML WithStyle will be released in the not to distant future.
