Wisdom is Diagonal's Electronic Document and Records Management product. Wisdom Version 5 is approved by The National Archives as meeting their 2002 EDRMS specification.
It provides an integrated solution for all aspects of information management. Wisdom is an intuitive tool which sits within a Microsoft desktop environment and provides a high-degree of integration with day-to-day business processes.
The system enables the indexing of any entity, physical or electronic. If the entity is electronic, it is securely stored on the network and may be accessed on-line, subject to appropriate user security permissions.
When coupled with Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services or Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Wisdom seamlessly complements the advanced collaboration and document management features with archive and record lifecycle management.
