Just released ... the Insurance Forms Reference Implementation for Microsoft Office 2003 is used by developers and IT implementers to jump-start the creation of a full end-to-end solution of insurance forms (claims and applications) processing. The objective of this reference implementation is to accelerate the following:
  • Creation of a complete solution for insurance application, claims processing, and workflow
  • Creation of a forms service for linking standardized insurance forms to XML Web services
  • Maintenance of enhanced security environments for business operations in the insurance industry
  • Provision of InfoPath-based forms to help the insurance industry reduce the processing time and overhead costs of completing insurance transactions
