I played around with the recently released SharpDevelop 1.0 today. There are a few things I'm not entirely pleased with, but that's minor stuff. I'm going to start using it for my personal projects, and see how I like it. The stuff that's done right, is done very right. It's definitely faster and lighter weight than Visual Studio, and the price is right.

One thing I'd really like is some kind of support for NAnt, but given that this is open source, that seems like it's probably quite doable.
