Update: Simon does not use the ASMX runtime, sorry.

Now, with MTOM being in the final stages ... we still need a real-world solution for opaque data today. OK, there is DIME support in WSE 2.0 ... and Simon Fell has the well-known PocketSOAP COM lib which obviously can also be used in .NET.
He shows how to leverage the SwA feature of PocketSOAP in a Web service hosted in ASP.NET. Nice.
