Seems that whenever, however I try to update my machine with Windows XP SP2-RC1 to the released SP2, I get an error message saying it cannot find Branches.inf.  When I browse, the file is there, I have full rights to the file, it is not read only, and no matter where I move it, the program cannot read it.  After I quit, I get a message about Access denied.  I have done it logged in with my normal login, and as administrator, still no joy.

Other than repaving the machine, any thoughts on what to do?
