Thanks to Harry Pierson who let me know about the  free home edition of xmlspy. Many of the cool features, including the schema editor, are available. The WSDL editor you have to pay for in the Enterprise Edition. I have always resisted XMLSPY's high price point, but this just got me using the tool.
