Mercatus, the company I was working with for two months in the last winter, is looking for good people. They're located in Norway, (Flore) and are doing .Net web based projects there. I'm writing about this because staying there for two months gave me a full appreciation for what a good boss is all about. It's  a small company, but the boss there, Michael Dorfman(one of the partners) is heavily into the blogsphere and .Net, and has done some stuff for his employees that I have not seen other IT managers do. He is fixated on giving his employees the best resources, books, training and information they could get, and is one of the most fun people to be around.
And don't get me started on the wonderful people working there. I had one of the best times of my life working there.

Heck, if I was a Norwegian based developer, I'd be taking a job there probably.
Send him an email to Michael at mercatus dot no
