Does anyone know why the Indexing Service (Start|Search), when enabled interferes with the Microsoft.ApplicationBlock.Data assembly. I keep getting the error, "access denied" for the Assemb;y, when Indexing is enabled?

Switching it off, resovles the problem, but I am interested to know why it causes it.
