It's not often that I program windows applications, but every now and then I get this itch that I just have to scratch.
A while back I whipped up this little HexColor program. Using the RGB scroll bars, you can adjust the color to your liking, while obtaining it's hexadecimal representation. I utilize the clipboard to copy the hex value automatically, as you scroll through the values - it just makes life a little easier.
