I was surprised to hear that Xbox Live! would actually be down for an entire day (24 hours) for the Tsunami upgrade. Shouldn't we see some kind of extension on our subscriptions. The managers of the Live! service are going to start having to take this into account, if they want Live! to grow. Just like Hotmail or any other 24x7 service, you just can't have planned outages that take 24 hours.
