The BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0, although it seems standalone because of the version number, is not a standalone application.  Version 1.1 includes the PIP Schema Manager, PIP XLANG Schedule Tester, and documentation.  Version 2.0 includes the Partner Agreement Wizard, a new BizTalk Administration console, and different documentation.

You must install the RosettaNet Accelerator v1.1 before installing v2.0.  Then install the 2.0 accelerator followed by the Rosetta Net 2.0 QFE Rollup.
