Topic:
Estimating

One of the most difficult and least loved parts of development is the process of estimating the schedule. As a developer, you need to estimate the pieces you're working on, and as a manager, you need to coordinate, collect, and collate these estimates into a schedule. In a heavy weight process environment, this task can become enormous, tedious, and seriously error prone.

Agile development techniques help to minimize the difficulty associated with estimating, by using shorter delivery cycles that let you give smaller estimates, and know more quickly when you're running over schedule.

Come out and chat with us about schedules, estimation, and the impact of agile scheduling.

Refreshments will be provided.

We look forward to seeing you there.
