"Professional ASP.NET Performance" (a book that I co-authored for Wrox Press) was purchased by APress last year after Wrox went bankrupt. I've received several e-mails about how to get access to the book's source code, since the Wrox site went dark. However, APress doesn't have a direct link to the books that it purchased but doesn't plan on re-printing (the Downloads link just covers books currently in print). James Avery (ine of the co-authors) sent me this link to an APress support site where you can download the original code for the book.

Maybe someday we can publish the book PDF since APress doesn't seem to have any interest in keeping the book alive (although I feel that it's a great topic)? There's certainly no reason we couldn't update the book to cover the .NET Framework 1.1, or the new .NET Framework 2.0.
