I've been using the Google 2.0 toolbar for a long time since it was the first free one that allowed me to start blocking those annoying JavaScript pop-ups. Well, there's an MSN Toolbar for IE that's now available for download. I figured that I'd give it a shot since it has pop-up blocking and some direct access to Hotmail stuff. It appears to be a BHO (browser helper object), just like most IE add-ins. We'll see how it works.
