For the 2nd time in a week, MS services (MSN, Passport, MSN Messenger) were down again today. Microsoft didn't give any details on what has been causing these outages, but it certainly doesn't bode well for a 24x7 service to go down this often for these durations. MS better get their act fixed pretty quickly.
