I've received quite a few e-mails now about the Match.com case study at DevDays, and, yes, that was me! I must say what a great opportunity and experience the entire case study was with Microsoft. From the many back-and-forth's with the writer working on the print version, the wrestling with lawyers (on both sides), and having a 6 man film crew in the office for 2-3 days. It was exciting! It had our office all abuzz!

Here in Dallas, we're having our DevDays on Monday, March 8th. Here in Dallas in lieu of the Match.com video, Shane Henderson will be speaking and doing a little interview with Brian Moore of Microsoft regarding our solution. Shane's excited, and it's going to be a great presentation! One day he'll forgive me for throwing him under the bus to speak (after hearing our estimated attendance, I just couldn't do it; I'm working on the public speaking thing this year as a goal. :)).

And, it looks like I'll be heading to San Diego March 28th through April 1st for the Gartner Symposium ITxpo. I've been invited to work the Microsoft booth, talking and answering questions while we play the Match.com case study. Very exciting!

So, if you're going, stop by! And, if you're in town please give me a yell - I would love to get out and have a beer or two, rather then slumming around the hotel room at night!
