My second article in my COM Interop series, Using the .NET Framework SDK Interoperability Tools, is live on the .NET Framework Site!  Here's the summary “Sam Gentile dives deeply into the .NET Framework SDK interoperability tools, including TLBIMP, SN, TLBEXP, and REGASM. To go beyond (COM) Add Reference, you need to fully understand how to use these tools. (17 printed pages)” I cover all the non IDE tools in some depth including signing and delay-signing.
