I'm starting a thread of “Not Yet Implemented” Methods in the Longhorn SDK. 

First off is MSAvalon.Windows.Input.MouseEventHandler

This handler is used at least for the following events, but not limited to :

• MouseEnter
• MouseHover
• MouseLeave
• MouseMove

I found this out the hard way when trying to implement a handler for MouseHover.
