If you have ever needed to depend on the order of data in a HybridDictionary, be sure to put the data in backwards.  For example,

Dim HD As New HybridDictionary
HD.Add("Alpha", "some value")
HD.Add("Omega", "some value")

Dim myDE As DictionaryEntry
For Each myDE In HD
    Debug.WriteLine(myDE.Key)
Next myDE

Yields the following:
Omega
Alpha
