I've been receiving a lot of comment traffic lately on my Xbox & HDTV posts. One of the most prominent questions is which Xbox games support true HDTV resolution (1080i). Well, up until now, I've only been able to speak to the games I owned. BUT, now I've found a site that lists a slew of Xbox games, their supported resolutions, and some other useful information about some of the games.

For instance, did you know that the 007 Nightfire game only plays in 480i, EXCEPT for the driving sections and some of the cut scenes? The rest of the FPS game is all 480i. [Note: Actually, if you've read my earlier post about the Xbox & HDTV, you'd already know that the game doesn't play in 480p - what's new is that the cutscenes & driving scenes are 480p ... very strange way to build a product if you ask me].

Well, if you want to know more about this and a slew of other Xbox games, travel over to http://hdgames.net/. It's even got a FAQ page that explains the Xbox and its HDTV capabilities. Plus there's a forum page where you can post questions (and hopefully get answers). Hey, but don't forget about my blog ... we'll be talking Xbox over here too. :)
