What do you think UML is for? I tend to be a UmlAsSketch kind of person, but Martin Fowler thinks UML is evolving toward something more like UmlAsBlueprint or UmlAsProgrammingLanguage. I certainly know people who prefer the latter, but honestly the very idea of it makes my skin crawl.
