I'm planning to take a look at this tool as well.  I'm going to test it out for my new site that will launch by the end of the year.  I'll post some feedback on how it works, and I'm interested in any other suggestions for a "client-side" blogging tool.  I want the flexibility to host my blog with low end web hosting providers, so the server-based solutions aren't a good fit.
