I was digging through my source code folders yesterday and found this add-in given to me by Microsoft when I was on the original VS.NET JDP team back in 2000. This is an add-in tool that provides the same XML-based documentation functionality that was provided with C# at the time. I called my contacts at Microsoft, and they said it was OK to give it out to the public.

I checked the project out, and it only works with the original version of VS.NET (there are some namespace changes since the original .NET Framework). I'll see if I can get some spare time this week to get it working under both VS.NET 2002 and Whidbey.
