Areas of Responsibility

Extreme Programming (XP) Training and Mentoring

Project Highlights
GAWright QCommerce - Our team was asked to help internal GAWright developers produce
a SOAP Web Services layer to allow one of their larger customers, Quiznos, to interface
directly with the GAWright fullfillment warehouse. Using .NET Web Services technologies,
we produced an extensive web services interface that could be further leveraged for
other customers.
SlopeTracker - Our team created a GPS mapping solution for SportStats, a Denver-based
startup. This solution was implemented in C# and .NET and interfaced with Garmin GPS
units using serial I/O. Track points were downloaded from the GPS unit, correlated
to a ski resort trail map and a full-color, two-sided print was produced to show the
customer where they had skied. Additional statistic were produced such as calories
burned, moving time, stopped time, maximum speed and vertical feet covered.
GetEmail - Our team worked with Bill Goldsmith Productions to re-write their GetEmail
lead-capture tool. The product was completely re-written in C# and .NET using ASP.NET
for the user interface tier and SOAP Web Services for communication between the trade
show floor and the main GetEmail server. The system allowed GetEmail customers to
collect leads from a variety of input devices, including magnetic card reader, barcode
reader, smart-card reader and optical business card scanner. Customized email messages
were delivered to each lead. Click-thru and open rates were tracked to monitor the
success of the campaign.
