Disclaimer

The structure of this page is based on Scott Johnson's Who Am I page.

Who Am I?

My name is Peter Provost. I have been developing software since I was 10 years old. I'm fluent in a variety of programming languages, platforms and APIs, although lately I have been dedicating almost all of my development time to Microsoft .NET technologies.

I am a Managing Consultant for Interlink Group in Denver, CO.

What Do I Do?

I am a software consultant focusing on:

  • Microsoft .NET Technologies
  • Extreme Programming Coaching and Mentoring
  • Providing the Best Solution for the Customer, not the Coolest Solution for the Developer

My resume is available online if you want to see it.

My Writing

I write almost every day on my weblog, and I also write technical articles about things that interest me. I am currently working on a book proposal for a .NET Cookbook.

If you need one, I am available as a contract writer. I would also consider any offer of working on a book or article with someone else. I don't mind sharing!

I am currently in the proposal phase of a book for Addison Wesley Professional and have written articles for a number of online and print publications.
