The big news today and lately, at least in .NET related blogland, is the addition of the Visual C++ team as bloggers, here, here, here, and culminating with Herb Sutter today! For those of us involved with C++ for a long time, Herb is a legend and his work at bringing Everett C++ into 98% ISO/ANSI compliance and now with the MC++ syntax redesign is monumental. His entering blogland with the team can only help the discussion around the language and my recent feelings about it. For good posts by him and team see:
