I'm reminded of one of the places I worked in. It was a startup. Some of the C++ devs actually had to fill in for the secretary if she was sick, taking the day of, or creating presentations on the boss's laptop. If I remember correctly, one of the C++ devs was also forced into designing the company “site” using Frontpage (he had no web experience). Ah. Good times.
