I've been running a Yukon alpha/beta instance for a while now, but the PDC bits were newer and therefore better, right?!?  Well, not so fast.  I uninstalled my previous version of beta one, installed the PDC bits, and misery has ensued.  I've had numerous setup failures while trying to get it installed, and in the process I think I've managed to break some critical applications that rely on MMC (Event Viewer for example).  I'm happy to be able to work with the early versions, but sometimes the experience is quite painful.  A repave in the next few days is in order, and hopefully from there I can get things back on track.
