One of the requests for The Regulator was that the web search will be able to use Proxy settings. While I've added the feature, I have no way to test it.

So.. if you're not in the PDC and are behind a proxy and would like to donate 5 minutes of your time, post a comment with your email and I'll contact you with details of where to get the bits.
