Rule 1: Inline styles override stylesheets (css).
Rule 2: the inline styles of a child tag overrides the parent' inline style.


So how are tools supposed to be smart and override the tags, purely from a CSS?

Firstly, its up to web designers to make sure they leave inline styles alone. Dont do it.
Problem solved.

Accessibility styles would be easy and fast to implement if we all stuck to this rule..
